Requirements • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role with comprehensive business analysis execution. • Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI. • Strong understanding of project management principles and the software development life cycle (SDLC). • Excellent programming skills in R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and SQL for querying and maintaining databases. • Hands‑on experience with Oracle databases and Microsoft SQL Server environments. • Experience designing and optimizing databases. • Ability to analyse complex datasets and transform them into clear, actionable insights. • Skilled in Visio for process mapping and documentation. • Excellent organisational and communication skills for working with both technical teams and business stakeholders. • Passion for leveraging analytical skills with cutting‑edge technology solutions to drive business success.
